Should the employee super member number appear on the SAFF report? I would like to see an example of what information is included in this report please.
Hi, I have just started getting this Error message (550 5.7.1 Policy-DT510: Rejected content policy violation) . I have been sending Invoices using Reckon One via email successfully to a customer for a while and now they are getting bounced back with that error code. Hi, Just wondering if anyone can help with info on how to down load your Super SAFF file. I opened the Super Data Export and clicked Export SAFF and the usual window pops up to name the file and pick Q or B drive I then name the CSV file and click save. I then go to down load the file and it wont download? It just sitsā¦
Our accountant has no other clients using Reckon and she has been advised that there is no option to install Reckon as a Read Only access, even temporarily, to allow her to access our file as supplied on a USB. Currently in Reckon One there is the feature that allows for the creation of "Custom Fields" for company, customer, invoice and items. Hi All, This is the 1st time i have had to pay state payroll tax thru Qld Revenue Office. In the Employee Profile I have ticked the box "State Payroll Tax" and checked the State is correct also.
